25 YEAR OLD MISS ISABELLA AYUK WINS THE MBGN PAGEANTRY!

Congrats to 25 Year Old Beauty Queen Isabella Ayuk who represented Cross River state as she was crowned as the 2012 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria just a few minutes ago. The 25th anniversary of the MBGN pageant took place at the Best Western Hotel in Benin, Edo State. The event was hosted by Toke Makinwa and Chris Okenwa. Despite stiff competition from crowd favorites, Miss Abuja – Ifeoma Umeokeke and Miss Rivers – Damiete Charles-Granville; Isabella emerged as the winner as she was chosen to represent Nigeria in the 2012 Miss World competition in Mongolia while Ifeoma Umeokeke will represent Nigeria at the Miss Tourism International Pageant and Damiete Charles-Granville will represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant. As with 2011 winner Sylvia Nduka, Isabella Ayuk is an experienced beauty pageant contender as she had previously contested for the 2004 Miss Nigeria crowd. Glee star Amber Riley has been forced to deny rumours that she is pregnant after she collapsed on the red carpet earlier this week. The actress, who plays Mercedes Jones in the hit TV musical series, dismissed claims that her fainting was the result of pregnancy, diabetes or diet pills. Taking to Twitter, she clarified: "Let me stop the rumour mill right now. I'm not pregnant! Yes I'm black but I don't have diabetes. "I don't starve myself to fit clothes; I buy clothes to fit ME not vice versa, I DO NOT DIET; I eat right and exercise! I love myself waaaay more than I like my career. "I would never ever put myself in harm's way to mirror any "image". Come on ppl. Get a life. I did get a great laugh this morning reading allthe BS though lol."

BEYONCE REVEALS BABY WEIGHT SHIFTING DIET SECRET...

Beyoncé has revealed the secrets behind her amazing weight loss following the birth of baby Blue Ivy in January 2012. Contrary to popular belief, the Love On Top singer did not put herself through a brutal training regime or a crash diet after the birth of her first child, and instead chalks her transformation up to sensible eating, gentle exercise and breast feeding. "I lost most of my weight from breast feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself," she told People magazine. "I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running." Beyoncé did admit, however, to having a beauty pampering regime prior to the birth. "I did have a fresh eyebrow wax," she confessed. "I got my nails done, I got my feet done, had my hair done and I had my little lip gloss. "I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight. I barely recognised myself. But after many hours of labour I couldn't care less about anything but my child. I didn't care how I looked."
